1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether its consideration of a draft submission to the UK Government's consultation on the UK Internal Market Act 2020 review and a draft report on part 2 of the Review of the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement Inquiry should be taken in private at future meetings. 2. UK Internal Market Act 2020 - Consultation and Review: The Committee will take evidence from— David Thomson, Chief Executive, Food and Drink Federation Scotland; Marc Strathie, Senior Policy Advisor for Devolved Nations, Institute of Directors Scotland; Mags Simpson, Scotland Deputy Director of Policy, CBI Scotland; and then from— Angus Robertson, Cabinet Secretary for Constitution, External Affairs and Culture, and Euan Page, Head of UK Frameworks, Scottish Government.
