1. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Act 2022 (Saving Provisions) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/101) from— Angela Constance, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs, and Patrick Down, Criminal Law & Procedure Team Leader, Scottish Government. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Act 2022 (Saving Provisions) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/101) 3. Research on the impact of the UK’s exit from membership of the EU on law enforcement and judicial cooperation in Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Gemma Davies, Associate Professor of Criminal Law, Durham University; Helena Farrand Carrapico, Professor of International Relations and European Politics, Northumbria University.
