Criminal Justice Modernisation and Abusive Domestic Behaviour Reviews (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 7. Sustainable Aviation Fuel Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the Legislative Consent Memorandum and powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Bill.
