Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Building (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/312). 4. Scrutiny of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 5. Cladding remediation programme: The Committee will consider a written quarterly update on cladding remediation from the Scottish Government. 6.
